Refund policy

Talaria Coffee sells roasted coffee, which is a perishable product. Because of this, opened coffee is not eligible for return or refund.

7-Day Review Window

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We review all requests promptly and fairly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Taste or Quality Concerns

Coffee is subjective. If something doesn’t taste right or meet expectations, reach out and we’ll review the situation on a case-by-case basis. While opened coffee cannot be returned, we value feedback and handle concerns thoughtfully.

European Union Orders

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods such as food once delivered. As a result, coffee orders shipped to the EU are not eligible for return once fulfilled, except in cases of damage or error as noted above.
