Talaria Coffee ships freshly roasted coffee in small batches. The information below outlines how and when orders move from us to you.

Order Processing

Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Options & Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: $6.90 · 3–4 business days

  • Economy Shipping: $4.90 · 5–8 business days

International

  • Flat rate: $30 · 8–21 business days

Delivery windows begin once an order has shipped.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided as soon as your order leaves our facility. Carrier updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping rate.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We’re unable to reroute packages once they’ve shipped, and orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses may not be recoverable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review promptly and make it right where appropriate.

Delays or Missing Packages

Once a package is in transit, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier. If a shipment appears delayed or missing, reach out and we’ll help investigate next steps.
